The amazing thing about a warped bowl is how unique and natural it looks when displaying fruit or salad. Warping, sealed cracks, and distressed surfaces are part of my organic design.

Caring For Your Bowl

Exposure to direct sunlight or soaking the bowl will harm the finish. Prolonged outdoor exposure should be avoided.
Wipe bowls clean or quickly rinse, then towel dry the bowl completely. Remove excess oil buildup .
Avoid soaking your bowl and NEVER put your bowl in the dishwasher! If your bowl begins to look dry, rub the wood with a soft cloth and walnut oil or
mineral oil (available at larger supermarkets). For display bowls and vessels polish the wood surface using a soft cloth and carnauba wax.

Unique design maintains exterior bark and curvature on portions of the bottom. Deep walnut grain patterns are amazing. This is a very large and heavy bowl. Signed by the artist.

Finish: Sanded and buffed using walnut oil and bees wax. Wipe clean. Do not soak. Apply walnut oil for a rich food safe interior and exterior finish.

Finish: Sanded and treated with tung oil. Final buffing with Carnauba wax. Wipe clean. Do not soak. Apply carnauba wax with a lint free rag to maintain a medium-gloss finish.
